Shipping policy

- All handmade items and deliveries REQUIRE a signature to receive packages. Tracking is included with all deliveries.

- After packages are shipped Ldy-B Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS during the mailing process if you occur any issues with delivery.

- Custom orders ship within 7- 21 "business days", regardless of the shipping method chosen. Rush orders require an additional fee of $257.
